We will also discuss marketing strategies and if desired the process of staging a property. We will determine showing times, open house schedules that work for the seller and their family.

I have a fiduciary responsiblity to my sellers that I take very seriously. . I believe it is a conflict of interest and because of that I do not represent buyers for any of my listings.
