When I represent Sellers in a transaction, I am there to make the sale of their home as painless as possible. The ability to listen to a client's needs during a pivotal time in one's life is a must. Communication is key to a successful transaction.

There are many steps in selling a home. The first is to determine pricing strategy after reviewing recently sold comparable properties. We will also discuss marketing strategies and if desired the process of staging a property. We will determine showing times, open house schedules that work for the seller and their family.

I provide to my clients proven successful negotiation skills for every single transaction. I have extensive experience in marketing properties and showing them to their best advantage. I have a fiduciary responsiblity to my sellers that I take very seriously. . I believe it is a conflict of interest and because of that I do not represent buyers for any of my listings.
